Rates
Summer Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend $ 210 per night.

Spring and Fall: From the third Friday in March up to Memorial Day weekend and from Labor Day through Veteran's Day Weekend $ 155 per night.

Winter: Rate $135 per night.

A 12% state and local tax is in addition to the room rate.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
  • A 50% deposit is required when reserving a room.
  • Single night stays require full payment.
  • When reserving within 21 days of your stay, full payment is required. Three weeks or more prior to your stay, payment may be made by check, credit card or cash. Within three weeks of your stay, the deposit may be paid by credit card or cash only.
  • The balance may be paid at check-in with credit card or cash.
  • Check-in time is 3 - 6 pm; Check-out is 11 am. Late arrivals, please call ahead.
  • There are stairs to climb.
  • To receive a refund of your deposit, a reservation must be cancelled 21 days prior to your stay.
  • A rain check will be issued for cancellations inside of the 21 day window.
  • There is a $35 cancellation fee.

Your hosts are Greg and Linda Hamby, residents of the area for over 25 years.
