Policies of the House
  • One night deposit must be received within seven days of making reservation. Balance of payment due upon arrival.
  • Two nights minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
  • Three day cancellation policy for a refund.
  • Reservations confirmed by prepayment of the first night by cash, check, or money order.
  • Payment same. Not equipped for Credit Cards.
  • 9.75% sales tax applies to rooms.
  • No Smoking inside house or cottages.
  • We have no accommodations for pets or children.
  • Check in 3 PM and Check out 11 AM.
  • Breakfast served at 8 AM
  • Cozad-Cover House B & B closed December, January, and February. Cottage and Studio open on request during these months.
