Cozad-Cover House Bed & Breakfast

The Cozad-Cover House, built circa 1905, is an imposing two-and-half story gable-roof frame home which effectively combines traditional and modern elements. The home was built for/by the Cozad family who owned a substantial tract in Andrews early in the twentieth century. Developer and builder, Cozad erected several large gracious homes in the area. In 1918 The Cozad House was sold to Samuel Cover of F. P. Cover & Sons Tannery. He made some modifications to the rear of the home, which may have been sun porches, which later became part of upstairs bedroom and, in 1938, a bathroom. It remained in the Cover family until the death of Frances Cover in 1999.

There is also a cottage and a studio apartment on the premises for those looking for a little more privacy. Guests staying here still have full access to the entire property.
