This spacious home is located in the historic district of Jacksonville and was constructed as a wedding present in 1901 by Mr. Boggs for his daughter. Col. Mark & Mrs. Marion Goodman currently occupy the home.

The Colonel's Lady is pleasantly located within view of the New River and is only a short drive to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune or the Carolina Coast. Tn addition to the Bed and Breakfast experience, special arrangements can be made for a pontoon boat cruise, or for the more adventurous, a canoe excursion of the coastal marshlands where alligators and ospreys reside in natural splendor.
