Rates are subject to change. Payment Policy: A 50% deposit (100% for a single night reservation) is required at the time of booking. Deposit is refundable, less a $30 cancellation fee per room, if notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Notification must be made by telephone or in person. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Early departure falls within the cancellation policy. Check-in: 3 to 6PM. If you require a late check-in, you must make arrangements in advance. Check-out: 11 a.m. Breakfast: Served in the dining room from 8:30-9:30 daily. Coffee/tea service available at 8AM. Children: 15 and older welcome in the Beaucatcher Suite Smoking: permitted in designated outside areas Pets: accommodations are not available.
