In order to enhance good guest communication and understanding of our policies, please take a few moments to review our reservation and inn policies: Room Rates & Guest Information $144 - $249 (May - December) $129 - $209 (January - April) Rates do not include state & local taxes and are subject to change. Minimum stay requirements and/or special pricing may apply to weekends, holidays, or special events. Stay mid-week for the best deals! Group Reservations: Call the innkeeper directly to reserve more than 4 rooms for your group. Visa, MasterCard or Discover are our preferred method of payment for your deposit and balance on your reservation. A $50 deposit is required with a 30 day notice in October. The notice must be in writing. Deposit is refundable, less a $30 cancellation fee per room, if notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Notification must be made by telephone or in person. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Early departure falls within the cancellation policy. Check-In: 3 - 6 PM. If arriving after 6 PM, prior arrangements are required. Check-Out: By 11 AM Seated Breakfast Served in the dining room from 9:00 - 9:30 AM daily. Continental breakfast available upon request. Free Parking in Private Lot. Children at least 15 years old welcome in the Beaucatcher Suite. Smoke-free environment. No provision for pets.
