- Directions From Asheville To The Chalet Inn.
- Take I-40 West, turn off at Exit 27 (US 23/74). Stay on US 23/74 passing Waynesville and Sylva.
Continue on US 74/441 North towards Cherokee & Bryson City for 3 miles after Exit 81 (do not take exit), and you will see an Exxon and a Shell Gas Station on your right and an old steel girder bridge on your left. Turn left and go across the new bridge (Barkers Creek Road).
After 0.2 miles on Barkers Creek, take the "Y" to the right (Thomas Valley Road).
Go 1.1 miles on Thomas Valley Road, turn left on Nations Creek Road. Go 0.3 miles on Nations Creek Road and turn right into the gravel driveway immediately pass our wood sign (You cannot see the Inn from the road). Go up the driveway (taking the right fork) to The Chalet Inn.
- Directions From Atlanta To The Chalet Inn.
- Take I-85 North out of Atlanta to I-985 North which turns into US 23.
Continue on US 23 which will join US 441. Stay on US 23/441 through Clayton, GA, pass Franklin, NC, and through Dillsboro NC (one stoplight).
Going up the mountain after the Dillsboro stoplight get in the left lane and take US 74 in the direction of Bryson City and Cherokee.
Go 3 miles on US 74 and you will see an Exxon and a Shell Gas Station on your right and an old steel girder bridge on your left. Turn left and go across the new bridge (Barkers Creek Road). - Take US 64/74 East, to Murphy, NC continuing on US 19/129 through Andrews continuing on US 19/74 passing Bryson City and Whittier.
Continue on US 74 (East) / 441 (South) towards Sylva & Dillsboro for 1.5 miles after Exit 74 (do not take exit), and you will see a Phillips Gas Station on your left and shortly thereafter a concrete bridge on your right. Turn right and go across the bridge, stay straight and after 1 mile turn right on Nations Creek Road.
Go 0.3 miles on Nations Creek Road and turn right into the gravel driveway immediately pass our wood sign (You cannot see the Inn from the road). Go up the driveway (taking the right fork) to The Chalet Inn.
- Directions From Gatlinburg To The Chalet Inn.
- Take US 441 South, through The Great Smoky Mountains National Park to
Cherokee, NC continuing on US 441 South.
When US 441 joins US 74 continue on US 74 (East) / 441 (South) towards Sylva & Dillsboro for 1.5 miles, and you will see a Phillips Gas Station on your left and shortly thereafter a concrete bridge on your right. Turn right and go across the bridge, stay straight and after 1 mile turn right on Nations Creek Road.

- Directions From Western End of Blue Ridge Parkway To The Chalet Inn.
- Take US 441 South, through Cherokee, NC continuing on US 441 South.
