Policies

Policies

  • Reservations for as little as one night are welcome.
  • A deposit of $75 is required for groups of 8 or more.
  • Confirmations must be secured with a credit card.
  • Payment may be made by check, traveler's check, US currency, Visa or MasterCard.
  • Cancellation notice must be received prior to the confirmed arrival date (four weeks summer season - two weeks all other seasons) to avoid cancellation charge.
  • A penalty of 50% of the confirmed room rate for the dates reserved, plus tax will be charged for cancellation made in less than the prescribed time.
  • The same charge will apply to late arrivals, early departures or reductions in party size.
  • Inquiries are welcomed for groups of thirty to forty people.
  • Check-in: 2 PM (Welcome to arrive for lunch)
  • Check-out 11 AM (Welcome to stay for lunch)
