Introduction

The Chalet Club is a unique blend of an all-inclusive, family oriented resort and small inn or B&B. We are located at Lake Lure, North Carolina on the eastern slope of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Chalet with five private guestrooms and the seven surrounding cottages are secluded; nestled on the mountainside, five hundred feet above the valley floor. These spacious, unpretentious accommodations have modern amenities, antique or period furnishings, fireplaces and balconies with spectacular views of Hickory Nut Gorge and Chimney Rock. Main Lodge

Since 1934, the Chalet has served as a haven for travelers from around the world. They have retreated here to escape life's pressures in a tranquil environment where no more than forty guests can totally relax or enjoy a wide array of recreational activities and savor the Chalet's delicious meals.

The Chalet Club is open all twelve months of the year for you to enjoy
intimate weekend getaways, family vacations or corporate retreats.

Amenities

Since the meals are served at the Main Building, none of the cottages have functional kitchens, but they do have refrigerators, microwave ovens and coffee makers. There are porches with fabulous views and fireplaces at all of the cottages as well as the Chalet. We stock the woodpile at each house with firewood. All of the houses are centrally heated and air-conditioned. Televisions are available in selected cottages. Our housekeeping staff maintains the accommodations on a daily basis.

The Chalet Club offers both B&B and All-Inclusive Rates that include lodging, meal(s) and recreation.
