Reservation & Deposit Policies

• A minimum deposit in the form of a check, money order, or credit card is due within 7 days upon receipt of confirmation. This deposit is 50% of the entire balance, or the full amount for a one night stay. Deposit applicable to the last day's reservation. Balance due upon check-in. Most credit cards accepted.

• Cancellations: Deposit refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Some holiday periods may require a 30 day cancellation notice. Should a reservation be cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date, the deposit may be forfeited, unless the room(s) can be rented again for the entire reserved period.

• Check-in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. Special arrangements may be made for arrivals after 9 pm with advance notice. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
