Policies
  • Rates are for double or single occupancy. Each guest beyond 2 in a room will incur a $25 per night extra cost.
  • $10 per night per pet for Miss Webb and Appalachian Cottage.
  • Check-in is 3 to 7 p.m., Check-out is by 11 a.m.
  • One night's deposit will guarantee your reservation
  • $40 Cancellation Fee per room for cancellations up to a week before the reservation.
  • For cancellations made during the week of coming 1 room night per room will be charged if room is not re-booked.
  • If room is re-booked then $40 per room will be charged.
  • Early Departure falls within our cancellation policy.
  • We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.
  • Non Smoking Bed and Breakfast, outdoor smoking permitted.
  • All prices are in US Dollars.
