Rates are for double or single occupancy. Each guest beyond 2 in a room will incur a $25 per night extra cost. $10 per night per pet for Miss Webb and Appalachian Cottage. Please call for midweek, corporate, and winter rates. No discounts on Sunday through Thursday during October. Check-in is 3 to 7 p.m., Check-out is by 11 a.m. One night's deposit will guarantee your reservation $40 Cancellation Fee or 1 room night if not re-booked for cancellations made inside 1 week of reservation. Early Departure falls within our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.
