All guestrooms have a luxurious, comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, alarm clock/radio, decorative fireplace and spacious, private bathroom and television. Your stay with us includes an early morning coffee and tea service, Chef’s Choice gourmet breakfast, and evening refreshments with home-baked cookies from The Bouldin House kitchen.

RATES: (Rates are higher during high impact events). $135.00 Jan 1st to Oct 16th $190.00 Oct 17th to Oct 26th $135.00 Oct 27th to Dec 31st double-occupancy plus local sales tax. TV's available in all rooms. Fireplaces are decorative with original mantles. All rooms have private, in room, modern baths.

Security Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Traveler's Checks, Personal Checks and Cash.
  
• For your convenience, we can immediately guarantee your reservation with a 50% or minimum one-night deposit if you use a credit card. If you wish to pay by cash or check, we ask for full prepayment of your reservation within five (5) days of your call. We will mail confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit. The wonders of new technology also allow us to confirm your reservation by Email or FAX, if requested.
  
• The Bouldin House B&B is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least ten (10) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. There is a $15.00 processing fee for cancellations.
