"Extended-stay" is an economical alternative to full-service arrangements at the inn. Our Holly House is well-suited to provide a comfortable home environment for guests needing nicely furnished accommodations for at least a week. Other than personal effects and supplies, virtually everything is provided. The main differences from 'full-service' offered across the street at the inn are 1. no prepared breakfast included, and 2. weekly (not daily) room servicing, including new linens, is provided. Guests using common areas, such as the spacious kitchen or utility area, are expected to clean up after themselves. A library with Dell workstation and sunroom with cable TV, swings on the wraparound porch, and spacious landscaped backyard are included. On-site parking is available. The innkeepers are available 24/7 for any emergency needs; Frank and/or Dolly are pleased to provide a courtesy 'first-morning breakfast' at the inn and brief tour of the town, if desired. The best daily rates are reflected in stays of a month or longer. Upstairs rooms, with full access to common areas and facilities in the house, are offered at $250/wk. or $750/month. Basically, the fourth consecutive week is "free". Actually, it's even better than that, since there may be up to three extra days in a full month period! The same arrangement is offered for the downstairs suite: $325/wk. or $975/month. Prepayment of choice of term is required; in lieu of a deposit, second and subsequent month due dates are fixed at the start of the fourth week of the first month, thus creating a 1-week overlap. Rates assume single occupancy; add $10/day for double occupancy with the same 'free week' discount. |
