Arbor House of Black Mountain Bed and Breakfast - Black Mountain, North Carolina

Many people say that if they had known B&Bs could look like this they would have stayed in one a long time ago. We designed Arbor House in the Arts & Crafts style to create the look of old but with all new construction and furnishings we have the comforts and conveniences of new.

Accommodations
Arbor House in North Carolina offers four uniquely decorated bedrooms for you to choose the one to fit your needs. Feel the fresh Blue Ridge Mountain breezes that flow freely into each guest room through the large windows. Whether you choose a room with king, queen, or twin beds for that romantic weekend or getaway retreat to NC each includes plush, deep mattresses for you to enjoy a great night's sleep. When you awake, slip into the soft terrycloth robe and slippers provided. All rooms are equipped with TVs and DVDs and guests are invited to choose a movie from our collection for their entertainment.

Rates: $155 - $195

Take a short walk from Arbor House to Black Mountain to check out the quaint antique shops, old town hardware store, dulcimer shops and coffee houses. For a different "walk," Lake Tomahawk offers a circular, half-mile, lighted walking path, tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course boasting a unique par 6 hole. If your definition of "walk" is more like a 10-mile hike, the area mountains provide hiking trails for all abilities. If "strolling" is more your speed, Asheville is only a short 20-minute drive away, where you can enjoy the house and grounds of Biltmore Estate.
