• Rates are for single or double occupancy.
• $20 for each additional person in the room.
• During holidays and seasonal events, we require a two-night minimum stay.
• Ask about special packages for family reunions, romantic weekends or special occasions.
• One night deposit with credit card, check or money order is required within five to seven days of making the reservation.
• Balance of payment is due upon arrival.
• Cash, personal checks, Visa & Master Card, traveler's checks and money orders are accepted for payment.
• Prices are subject to change.
• There are NO refunds for early departure or no shows.
• We know that sometimes plans must be changed, and we will gladly apply your deposit to a new date or issue a refund if cancellation is received one week prior to your arrival date.
