Smoking is restricted to the porches and garden.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking or a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Should it be necessary to cancel any part of the reservation with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited or we reserve the right to charge 50% of your total reservation.
If the whole house has been booked, i.e. a group books all four rooms, a 14-day cancellation notice is required.
We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation in the event of a no-show.
