• Smoking is restricted to the porches and garden.
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking or a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
• Should it be necessary to cancel any part of the reservation with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited or we reserve the right to charge 50% of your total reservation.
• If the whole house has been booked, i.e. a group books all four rooms, a 14-day cancellation notice is required.
• We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation in the event of a no-show.
