803 Elizabeth Bed & Breakfast is located just a short twelve miles from Charlotte. Situated on five wooded acres, in a residential neighborhood, the inn provides a peaceful and quiet respite. Seasonal gardens of roses, flowers, herbs, vegetables and fruits surround the spacious home. Something is in bloom every day of the year! On the premises, guests can enjoy relaxing in the sunroom or on the porch, play a game of petanque, horseshoes, or walk the grounds to enjoy the beautiful gardens. Guests may also enjoy the television in the large sunroom, or unwind on the front porch with a good book.

Our small town offers a wide range of unique dining and shopping opportunities, as well as, Spring and Fall Festivals. In nearby Charlotte, activities abound with sports, history, cultural events, and festivals. For sports fans, the area features NASCAR, Panthers Football, Charlotte Knights Baseball, The Sting Basketball, and The Checkers Ice Hockey. For the museum seekers, Charlotte boasts the Discovery Place Science Museum, The Levine Museum of the New South, The Mint Museum, and The Museum of Arts & Crafts. There are numerous cultural events such as theater, orchestra, and Broadway plays. Historic sites including: The Hezekiah Alexander House, Latta Plantation, and the Polk Memorial are all in Mecklenburg County.

A delicious continental breakfast including homemade muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, tea and a selection of juices is served until 9:30 a.m. Cooked breakfasts will be served upon request. Guests may linger over morning coffee in a rocking chair on the front porch, or enjoy strolling through the gardens.
