Oak Hill Inn Natchez home - Winner of the 2005 Restoration Award from the Natchez Historic Foundation, this beautiful home has a downstairs suite with a luxurious granite shower and two upstairs rooms. Built in the 1830s, it is located in the heart of the downtown historic district, yet has beautiful gardens and brick courtyard with fountain. A full formal breakfast is served; children 10 and above welcome. Suite - $135. Upstairs room with private bath - $100 with private bath, two rooms sharing bath - $175.

Hope Farm Hope Farm Bed & Breakfast Natchez home, built from 1774 to 1789, and featured in Country Inns; once owned by the Spanish Governor of the Territory. Sitting on fifteen acres, within Natchez city limits. Exquisite antique furniture from early 18th century. No small children. $100-$135.

Elgin Plantation Elgin Plantation Near Natchez, built in 1772; featured in Country Inns. Columned two-story 1840 wing is set aside for guests, with living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs. Magnificent grounds with huge moss-filled oaks, beautiful antiques. $100 for a couple; $170 for two rooms sharing a bath.

Wensel House 1888 Wensel House - Milepost 1 - Victorian town house in the heart of the historic district, within a block of carriage rides, the river bluff, and tour houses. Generous freshly-prepared breakfasts. Complimentary drinks and fruit. Beautifully decorated with antiques. Large bedrooms, each with a single plus a queen bed. Also a two bedroom cottage. $105 to $125 weeknights, $115 to $135 weekends. All rates $10 higher March, April, and October.

Bluff Top Bluff Top - Newly restored as a bed and breakfast, this 1894 Victorian home is atop a 200-foot bluff and has one of the most panoramic views of the Mississippi River available. From the upstairs guest rooms and common sitting room, which opens onto the porch, you can see barges and paddlewheelers pass by. Complete kitchen available to one bedroom, cable TV, beautiful antiques. $95-$105.

Bailey’s Carriage House Bailey’s Carriage House - You’ll be the only guests in this newly restored two story Natchez carriage house, with a living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and private courtyard. The queen-sized bed, daybed and hide-a-beds will sleep up to six - very child-friendly! Conveniently located close to the bluff walk overlooking the river. Full breakfast served in your own dining room. $125.

Pleasant Hill Pleasant Hill - Built in 1835, this home is just two blocks from from the business and shopping district of Natchez. Beautifully decorated with antiques and tester beds, there is a lovely entrance hall staircase which spirals to the second floor. The brick-floored sunroom, where a delightful breakfast is served, is welcoming as a place to relax, with a stocked wet bar and TV. Children welcome. $105-$135.

Miss Lucy’s Cottage Miss Lucy’s Cottage The old kitchen building for a Greek Revival townhouse in the heart of the Garden District in downtown Natchez, this four-room B&B is set aside for only one couple. There is a kitchen that will be stocked for you with continental breakfast items, as well as a sitting room with TV. Upstairs is bedroom, dressing room, bath, and balcony. A lovely patio is available, as well. $125.

Hugh’s Cottage Hugh’s Cottage - This cottage was built in the classic "shot-gun" style in 1910 and underwent restoration in 2004. It is conveniently located in the Natchez beautiful historic residential district and is within walking distance of the Natchez business district. The hosts live across the street, and they provide complimentary snacks, beverages, juice, and instant oatmeal, but breakfast is on your own. TV, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, and wireless internet. During busy seasons there may be a two-night minimum stay. $110.

Devereaux Shields House Devereaux Shields House - This Victorian property is composed of two homes, the elegant 1893 main house, and the charming 1877 Aunt Clara’s Cottage. They feature manicured gardens, verandas, and lovely antiques. A few blocks from the 200 foot high Natchez Bluffs, which offer a stunning view of the Mississippi. Ask about their special packages with dinners and carriage rides. Full Southern breakfast. Main House - $165-175. Cottage - $110-$125.

The Burn The Burn - Built in 1834, this home once served as the headquarters of one of the Union armies occupying Natchez. There is grand architecture and furnishings, and old photographs from a time gone by. The shaded patio overlooks a two acre garden and brick walkways which give way to camellias, azaleas, and dogwoods, and in this deep South city, you'll love the full-size pool! Children 12 and over welcome. Full breakfast. - $140-$175.
