Introduction

The Burn Historic Bed & Breakfast Inn is a circa 1834 Greek Revival residence set upon two acres of terraced gardens of Dogwoods, Camellias, and Azaleas. The Mansion, owned by the original family for 101 years and listed on the National Historic Register, features a free standing spiral staircase.

full-size pool Upon arrival, our guests are offered complimentary wine and refreshments. The outdoor cloistered brick patio is an open invitation to relax in the courtyard by the fountain or pool. The Burn presently has 5 guestrooms from which to choose. All have their own private baths and cable TV, with access to wireless internet and our luxurious, full-size pool.

Area Attractions... Rates & Policies...
The Burn is located on a high bluff five blocks from the Mississippi River and five blocks from historic downtown Natchez, known for its gracious hospitality. Natchez is a beautiful city offering approximately 15 Antebellum Mansions on tour during the day. The Natchez National Historical Park and The Natchez Trace both offer varied activities and are maintained by the National Park Service. Natchez offers wonderful sunsets over the Mississippi River to enjoy while dining or out for a walk.
  • Rates: $140 - $175
  • Rates include a full breakfast & a private tour of The Burn.
  • All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to tax of 10%.
  • Additional occupancy is $30/person.
  • Cyclists and motorcyclists are welcome.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Children 12 and over are welcome.
  • Sorry, we do not allow pets.
  • The pool is open to guests. No lifeguard is provided.
