Rates

• $105/night Sunday -Thursday
• $130/night Friday-Saturday
• $140/night Special Events/Game Weekends. These weekends require a two night minimum stay.
• (These rates do not include a 7% MS sales tax)
• Room accommodations are for two people.
• The cabin can comfortably accommodate up to six people at an additional charge of $20/night per guest.

• Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the reserved date of arrival.
• Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full amount of the reserved room(s) and will be issued a credit in that amount for future use.

• This is a non-smoking establishment; smoking permitted outside only.
• No food or beverages in the guest rooms; a $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any permanent beverage, food, or chemical spills.
• No pets; a $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any pets brought into the rooms.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in or on our establishment.
• There will be a $10 charge for lost keys.
• The hot tub and pool (seasonal) are available for use by guests at their own risk.
• Check-in is between 3 to 8 pm (arrangements can be made for those needing a later check-in time).
• Check-out is at 11 am. Guests will be charged an additional $20 for each hour stayed past 11 am.
