Particulars: Rates include a hearty breakfast and evening treat. Rates do not include 7 1/4% Sales Tax. All rooms have queen-size beds; our rooms are designed for two people; however, we have a few comfortable futons tucked away we can set up with fresh linens for an extra charge of $12.00. Children 12 and older. Smoking is allowed outside on the porch or gazebo. Check-in 3:00-8:00 p.m.; other hours by special arrangement. Check-out 11 a.m. One night's deposit is requested by cash or check (50% if more than 2 nights stay)/ or a credit card number may be given to hold and guarantee the room. To avoid being charged for the room if a cancellation is necessary, Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days prior to the day of arrival. Please inquire about group (3 rooms or more) cancellation policy. Please inquire about holiday and special event rates.
