Welcome to Huntsville, Missouri's first Bed & Breakfast! At Walnut Acres, we know that relaxation and privacy are the two most important ingredients in the perfect vacation, and so we offer you the luxury of being our only guest during your stay.

Walnut Acres Bed & Breakfast is located in Randolph County, Missouri, which is filled with activities and attractions to fill your days. Perhaps you will choose to explore the Huntsville Historical Museum and Horse Show or the Railroad Museum. In nice weather, consider a trip to Moberly Rothwell Park and enjoy its walking trails, fishing spots, and golf. A new sports complex complete with steam train rides is also nearby. We are located less than 45 minutes from Thomas Hill Lake, Mark Twain Lake, Long Branch Lake, and Columbia, Missouri. A private entrance allows you to come and go as you please, regardless of the time.

Of course, no one said you have to venture outside of the inn to find enjoyment. Your private suite includes a deck for relaxing in the sunshine or simply doing nothing. For families or couples traveling together, the suite is expandable to accommodate up to four people and has a bath with an antique clawfoot tub and shower: perfect for relieving the stresses of daily life or for energizing you for the day ahead. We have recently added 2 new guest rooms with a shared bath and a private outside entrance. The guest rooms include televisions and are non-smoking. Other amenities include:

Cable TV and private phone line Two terry cloth robes Kitchen Separate heating and air control for your comfort Non-smoking room Rates for 1-2 nights are $65 per night, and for 3 or more nights, the rate is $55 per night. Rates are based on double occupancy and no not include tax. For additional persons, the rate is increased $10 per person per night. Children are welcome at our inn. Reservations are required, so call early to book your room.

Another way we ensure a relaxing stay at Walnut Acres is by making sure you don't have to worry about anything, including what to eat. Welcome refreshments will be waiting upon your arrival, and in the mornings enjoy freshly prepared entrees to tantalize your taste buds. What's more, you can eat in your pajamas because breakfast is brought to you in your room. What a great way to begin the day!
