University Avenue Bed & Breakfast

The B&B is a solid brick home that was built around 1921 in what is today known as the 'Historic East Campus Neighborhood' district. We have 4 guest rooms which are all located on the second floor and all rooms have private baths. 3 guest rooms have a queen size bed and 1 room has a king size bed.

All guest rooms have WiFi and we have a guest computer with laser printer in our common living room. The living room is a great place to watch T.V. via satellite, read a book or just relax and sip a cup of tea or coffee after a busy day. We want you to stay in touch with those who are important to you so long distance calls are free and for those who traveled from a far we have international calling cards at no charge.

Our nightly rates always remain the same throughout the year. We never raise or lower rates based on the peak times of the year, but we do require a 2 night stay for some event weekends.

Queen-size bed, desk, T.V. with VCR/DVD, private deck off of bedroom. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Nightly rate - $95 plus taxes of 11.35%.

King-size bed (convertible to 2 twins with an advanced request), desk, T.V. with VCR/DVD and love seat sofa. Bathroom has a single person jetted tub and a separate shower. Nightly rate - $105 plus taxes of 11.35%.
