Policies
• Open all year-round
• Su Casa is a smoke-free establishment, a violation of this policy will result in a $200 cleaning and purifying fee.
  
• Limited accommodations for dogs and horses subject to prior approval. Dogs must be current with vaccinations, take internal flea treatment, have no history of biting, get along well with people and other animals, and be totally housebroken. Please bring kennel. Sorry cat lovers, the innkeeper is allergic to cats.
  
• Limitations on children staying: Children are welcome when the entire suite or all three rooms are rented.
  
• Accepted Payment Methods: MasterCard, VISA, Cash and Travelers' Checks.
  
• Guests are required to provide a credit card number, regardless of the manner of payment.
  
• Long-distance calling cards may be purchased for $5.00.
  
• Consumption of minimal alcohol is permitted.
  
• Discounts available: Federal Government employees and Military (2 days, 10 %)
• Minimum stay of two nights required on busy holiday weekends.
• Check In time is between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Check Out time is 12 noon.
• A full hearty family-style breakfast is served daily, or guests may help themselves to breakfast items available in the guest kitchen. Allergies and preferences are always taken into consideration.

• Cancellation policy: A two-week notice of cancellation is required.
  
• Any "special offers" that appear on the website must be requested in order for the guest to receive them.
