Su Casa B&B provides comfortable and affordable lodging accommodations with a surprising number of fun guest amenities for your Kansas City, MO vacation getaway. During your stay with us, you can enjoy a wide variety of local attractions and activities. Stroll through the stunning Powell Gardens, shop and dine at Country Club Plaza or attend one of the many wonderful events organized by American Royal, such as horse shows, barbecue competitions, family fun days, rodeos and more. Effective January 1, 2008, full payment is due at the time the reservation is requested and confirmed.

Room rates are based on one or two guests.
Add $20 to rate for one-night reservation - any room.
If a reservation date is more than two weeks away, the guest must mail payment by either personal check or money order.
Please request a reservation only if you are serious about your stay at Su Casa B&B.
If you are not able to keep your reservation, for whatever reason, you will be permitted a one-time rescheduling if you call prior to 14 days before your arrival date, but your room charge is nonrefundable. There is a charge of $25 to reschedule your stay.
You may purchase trip insurance through Travel Guard or any of the other companies who offer it, to protect yourself against unexpected events that they may cover, leading to cancellation.
All reservations will be accepted and confirmed online. Guests are responsible for checking their email within 24 hours of requesting a reservation and responding back that they received confirmation. If no confirmation is received, guests are responsible for contacting the inn.
Su Casa is a smoke-free establishment, a violation of this policy or a suspicion of a violation (room smells strongly of smoke after you leave) will result in a $200 cleaning and purifying fee.
Limited accommodations for dogs and horses subject to prior approval. Dogs must be current with vaccinations, take internal flea treatment, have no history of biting, get along well with people and other animals, and be totally housebroken. Please bring kennel and bring your dog CLEAN. Sorry cat lovers, the innkeeper is allergic to cats.
Limitations on children staying: Children are welcome when the entire suite (both the Santa Fe and the Cancun Room) or all three rooms are rented.
Accepted Payment Methods: MasterCard or VISA.
Long-distance calling cards may be purchased for $5.
Consumption of minimal alcohol is permitted.

Discounts available: Government employees, Military, Police and Firefighters (2 days, 10%). All discounts must be requested at time of reservation and I.D. must be shown upon arrival.
Minimum stay of two nights is required on certain holiday weekends.
Check In time is between 5 and 7 p.m. Check Out time is 12 noon.
A full hearty breakfast is served every morning. As an alternative, when a very early departure is required or for any other reason, guests may help themselves to the many breakfast items available in the guest kitchen.
Guests are responsible for notifying the innkeeper PRIOR to their arrival date of any and all food allergies. Food preferences will be honored if possible. Breakfast requests will be honored if possible.

Any "special offers" that appear on the website must be requested in order for the guest to receive them.
