Reservations:Advance reservations are highly recommended. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night's room rate, including applicable taxes, charged to a valid credit card. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. October weekends and some holiday and special event weekends require a two night minimum stay.
Group Reservations: Group reservations (more than three rooms) require a 50% non-refundable advance deposit, with balance collected at check-in. If the reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days notice, there are no additional charges. If the cancellation is made with 29 or less days notice, the entire balance due for the stay will be charged.
Check-in: Check-in is from 4-6 p.m. A convenient self check-in procedure for later arrivals is available with advance notice. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate earlier than 4 p.m. arrivals.
Check-out: Check-out is by 11 a.m.
Children: The Inn does not meet the needs of children (including infants) under 10 years of age.
Pets: No guest pets. Service animals welcome. Boarding kennels are available in nearby Columbia.
Smoking/Candles: No smoking or open flames of any kind are allowed inside the Inn. Smoking on the property is limited to exterior patios. There is a minimum $200 cleaning charge for violating the smoking policy.
Cancellations: If a reservation is cancelled at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, a refund of the reservation deposit less a 10% handling charge will be given, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used on a future date. When a cancellation is received with nine days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the party will be charged for the entire cost of the reserved night(s) unless we are able to re-book the room for all nights reserved. If the room is rebooked, a refund will be given less a 10% handling charge. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your
reserved stay. Cancellation requests are always confirmed by the
innkeeper via e-mail or phone..
