Policies

Daily rates are for double occupancy, except the Minnesota Suite. All suites are $15 for each additional person.
Red Bud Cove Bed & Breakfast Suites is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund.
Multi-room reservations require 30 (thirty) days advance notification of cancellation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel later than the cancellation deadline, please understand that you will be responsible for payment of one half of your entire reservation or one day, whichever is greater. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests.
Two night minimum reservations are required for holidays, weekends, and groups.
Check-in: 3 - 5 pm. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11 am.
Non-smoking Suites. When smoking occurs within a suite, a $150 clean up fee will be charged to the guest's credit card.
Smoking is allowed on the decks, patios and grounds.
Children are welcome in selected suites.
Guests using Gift Certificates must present the original certificate at time of check-in.
