Promise Suite
The Promise Suite ... promises a "stay to remember". You will let yourself unwind as you sink deep into the oversized Jacuzzi for two, and relax to the warmth from the glow of the nearby fireplace. Rate: $145 per night
Waterfall Suite
As you enter the Waterfall Suite, you will encounter an aura of peace and tranquility. The Waterfall Suite is our largest suite on the first level; it is equipped with remote control fire place, two person Jacuzzi, satellite TV, VCR, and large bathroom with tub, shower, and refrigerator. Rate: $145 per night
The Upper Room
It's spacious and inviting. It provides sleeping for 4, has it's own private entrance, deck with sitting area, and refrigerator. The separate lounge area with easy chair and remote control fireplace make this an extremely comfortable setting. The Upper Room is adorn with 1920's tongue and groove woodwork. This suite is equipped with private bath and single person Jacuzzi tub. Rate: $105 per night
The Suite Mathima
The most cherished feature of this suite are the French doors that open to the verandah, which overlooks one of the garden ponds, giving the illusion of a two-room suite by encompassing the outdoors. Rate: $145 per night
The Cottage
This fully furnished cottage is smoke-free and pet-free. It has three separate bedrooms, a living room and a fully-furnished kitchen complete with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee pot, etc. Linens and towels are included. Rate: Nightly Rate: $125 for the first 4.
Rates $105 - $145 per night.
All bookings are subject to a 10% fee if your reservation is cancelled at any time after you have booked.
There is a $15 charge for each additional person in the room.
A two night minimum stay is required on major holiday or Freedom Fest weekends.
Rates include an exceptional home-cooked breakfast.
Well-behaved children are welcome.
Our dining room seats approximately 24 people for banquets or seminars.
Check-in is 4 - 9 pm; If later check-in is required, please make advance arrangements with the Innkeeper.
Check-out is at 11 a.m. Early arrivals can be arranged.
All guest rooms at Rachel's B&B are non-smoking rooms.
As a result of the liquor license laws, any alcohol not purchased at Rachel's cannot be consumed in any of the public areas on the premises.
Pet Policy: We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets at Rachel's B&B. If you are traveling with a pet please inquire about The Black River Cottage. Under some circumstances we can accommodate pets in the cottage.
Cancellation Policy: Individual cancellations within 7 days of your reservation are billed at full charge of lodging if your suite cannot be rented. Group cancellations within 14 days of your reservation are billed at full amount of lodging if suites can not be rented on such short notice.
Wedding/Elopement Reservations/cancellation policy: Due to the extensive planning related to these events, wedding/elopement reservations can not be cancelled and are non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of your reservation.
