| Introduction |

Pond Trail Farm Guesthouse is located in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks, two miles north of Houston, Missouri. We are just one and a half miles from Highway 63 which puts us far enough away from the highway to alleviate noise yet close enough for our guest's convenience. We offer a peaceful, quiet farm ambience with chickens, sheep, goats and two horses and one donkey to share with you. |

The Guesthouse offers three rooms, two with Pillow Top Queen beds and one with Pillow Top twin beds, each with Red Cedar headboards and side tables. One Queen room adjoins with the twin room. Each room has its own private bath with Walk-in showers, toilet, and vanity sinks. Each room is supplied with a dresser and separate AC/Heat units controlled by the occupants. All our rooms at Pond Trail Farm Guesthouse have pine walls and floors. We have a full sized commercial kitchen where your meals are prepared with you in mind. |

Breakfast is served in the 22'X20' common room. There is a large Red Cedar table w/bench seats or an Oak table for you to enjoy your meal. If you are musically inclined there is an antique upright piano with which we invite our guests to entertain us. There are approximately two miles of trails for a quiet walk through the 40 acres of woods. Birdwatching and observing wildlife can also be done from the 80x10 covered porch while relaxing in the cedar rockers. |

| Pond Trail Farm Guesthouse in Houston Missouri is about a one hour drive from Eminence Missouri where horse trails abound and the scenery is breathtaking. We are about two hours from Branson Missouri which offers many shows and attractions and is close enough to visit on a day trip from our location. St. Louis is 145 miles north and east of Pond Trail Farm Guesthouse and The Springfield Missouri area is only about 90 miles away. |

Reservations are appreciated, but we welcome your spur-of-the-moment getaway decisions. To confirm your reservation requires a $50 deposit. The balance is due upon arrival. If reservation is cancelled, your deposit will be refunded less a $10 service charge. Check in time is after 1 PM. and check out time is 11 A.M. Rates:
