Orchard Hill Bed & Breakfast

As you enter the house in the entry hall, you are greeted by the marble floors and Tuscan inspired walls. The entry hall leads into the two story great room with a woodstove and upper library. The spiral staircase allows you to grab a book from the shelves and come back down to sit in front of the fire. Off the great room is the formal dining room. This leads into the main living room. The living room is anchored by an entire wall of built-in cabinetry and media area. With the 52" HD TV and fireplace as focal points, this space is a truly warm and inviting space to watch your favorite movie. This area flows into the breakfast niche and kitchen.

Orchard Hill is a stylish and beautiful venue uniquely situated to host special events. Our open grounds and extensive gardens provide an enchanting and beautiful setting for weddings, business meetings and special occasions. Please call us with your event specifics and we will be happy to put together a price for you that meets the needs of your group.

In addition to the unique appeal and décor of each suite, all suites are equipped with the following:

• Rates range from $95 to $200 per night.
• We accept VISA, Master Card, and all Debit cards for payment at Orchard Hill.
• At the time of your reservation we will take your credit card information and put a hold on that amount as a deposit.
• Once you check in, the amount will be charged to your card.
• For early bookings more than 30 days in advance, notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise ˝ of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• For bookings reserved less than 30 days in advance, notification of cancellation must be received by 12 PM (noon) the day prior to the reservation. Otherwise 1/2 of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Due to the Bed & Breakfast being a destination for romantic getaways, we do not allow children (below age 16) because of the potential disturbance it may cause to our other guests.
• However, children are more than welcome when a group rents out the entire house for a private function, or all bedrooms for a specific night. However, we are not set up with cribs or special accommodations that are required for small children.
• These items must be brought by the guest.
• We have a great appreciation for pets and animals of all kinds. However, due to potential allergy issues and nuisance issues that they may cause other guests, no pets are allowed to be brought to the Bed & Breakfast. We have an exception to this policy for companion animals for special assistance.
• Orchard Hill is a smoke free facility. We do not allow smoking in any are of the house. If you desire to smoke we are happy to allow smoking outside on a number of covered porches where you can dispose of smoking debris in provided dispensers. Smoking in a guest suite or any area of the house will result in a $250 cleaning charge added to your room charge.
