The Nestle Down Inn - Stover, Missouri Owners John and Nancy Williams extend a warm Ozark welcome to The Nestle Down Inn, where guests have use of the entire beautiful 1500 square foot space, located lakeside. This non-traditional condo-style B&B is open year round.

Situated on eleven wooded acres in the heart of the beautiful Missouri Ozarks, The Nestle Down Inn is located one half mile off Highway 135, three miles south of Stover, Missouri.

Upscale accommodations include a beautiful and comfortable great room with living, dining area and completely equipped kitchen, furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, disposal and coffee and iced tea makers. A wood-burning fireplace warms the living room, where guests can enjoy television, VCR and satellite, board games, books and movies. Two couples are easily accommodated in two traditionally decorated bedrooms with upscale furnishings and extra comfortable king size beds. Booking The Nestle Down Inn entitles you to use the entire 1500 sq. ft. space in complete privacy, unless you choose to bring guests. Coffee and hot drinks are available anytime. Breakfast is in your refrigerator, so you can sleep in as late as you like. Special dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice. Relax in our four-person Jacuzzi hot tub, and cuddle up in cozy terry robes. Special oversized bath towels and a hair dryer are also available.

Rates and policies:
  • No smoking please.
  • No children or pets please.
  • Check-in: 4 p.m.
  • Check-out: 11 a.m.

  • Rates:
    • Weeknight: $119
    • Weekends: (including Friday and Saturday nights $139
    • Extra guest: $45 per night/each.
  • Guests are required to provide credit (not debit) card number, regardless of the manner of payment. No exceptions.
  • Cancellations: A non-refundable $25 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made 14 days before arrival date. As per industry standard, if booking is cancelled thirteen or less days prior to arrival date, the entire reservation amount will be charged. No refunds for early departures.
  • Reservations will not be confirmed without a current, valid credit (Not debit-only) card. Visa and MasterCard welcome.
