Introduction

The Nestle Down Inn - Stover, Missouri Owners John Williams and Author-Speaker Nancy Arant Williams extend a warm Ozark welcome to The Nestle Down Inn, where guests have use of the entire beautiful 1500 square foot space, located lakeside. This non-traditional condo-style B&B is open year round.

Situated on eleven wooded acres in the heart of the beautiful Missouri Ozarks, The Nestle Down Inn is located one half mile off Highway 135, three miles south of Stover, Missouri.

Accommodations include a comfortable great room with living, dining area and completely equipped kitchen, furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, disposal and coffee and iced tea makers. A wood-burning fireplace warms the living room, where guests can enjoy television, VCR and satellite, board games, books and movies. Two couples are easily accommodated in two traditionally decorated bedrooms with upscale furnishings and extra comfortable king size beds. Booking The Nestle Down Inn entitles you to use the entire 1500 sq. ft. space in complete privacy, unless you choose to bring guests. Wide doorways and single level living make this space perfect for those with disabilities.

Coffee and hot drinks are available anytime. Breakfast is in your refrigerator, so you can sleep in as late as you like. Special dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice. Relax in our four-person Jacuzzi hot tub, and cuddle up in cozy terry robes. Special oversized bath towels and a hair dryer are also available.

Rates and policies:
  • No smoking please.
  • No children or pets please.
  • Check-in: 4 p.m.
  • Check-out: 11 a.m.

  • Rates: Weeknight $100 / Weekends (including Friday and Saturday nights $125.00. Extra guest $40 per night/each.
  • A one-week cancellation is required, no exceptions.
  • We can now accept credit cards by phone and we also accept Paypal. Full payment should be sent, if using a check, at your earliest convenience to hold your reservation. (Note: $25 returned check fee).
  • Gift certificates are available.
