The Lakeview Villa Bed & Breakfast Inn - Reed's Spring, Missouri Elegant, yet cozy. The Lakeview Villa is located on Missouri's Table Rock Lake, a tranquil wooded paradise nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, only minutes from Branson.

The Villa offers spacious rooms with king or queen beds, private entrances off a large deck, a panoramic view of the lake and much, much more. Three acres beckon guests to take a leisurely stroll to enjoy the natural charm and beauty of the prairie and lake front, all abundant with area wildlife. A full "southern" style breakfast starts your day.

Accommodations and Rates

Two guest rooms are available, both with private bath/shower, individual climate control,
ceiling fan, TV, radio, and small refrigerator.

Rates are $85-$95, including a full breakfast.

Location

The Villa is located just off of Highway 13 (2 miles north of Kimberling City / 4 miles south of Branson West) on Highway 00-10-D (Vacation Lane).
