• When trying to balance work, lifestyle, and encouraging a relationship that leads to the altar, handling all the details of an in-town wedding my prove overwhelming. A destination wedding should include a wedding coordinator who will give you as much assistance as you want.
• Destination weddings are, by definition, unique with more of a focus on fun.
• Destination weddings generally last longer and cost less than in-town weddings.
• Destination weddings that include lodging allow the bride and groom to spend more time with family and friends.
• Small destination weddings require about the same amount of effort as a fancy elopement, but the lasting impression to your close family and friends may better suit your needs

• Hermann Hill Village was designed and built for a specific purpose. Our lodging and wedding facilities offer the upscale amenities you want for your special event and the comfort of your guests.
• Adjacent Hermann Hill Village Cottages allow the bride and groom to host small parties before and after the wedding and to have a "wedding moon," if they wish, combining wedding and honeymoon.
• Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen helps make your reception food truly memorable.
• Photography possibilities are virtually limitless, with outstanding Missouri River views from the Chapel, Gazebo, Pavilion, and cottage decks.
• We can accommodate almost any size group, from an intimate Gazebo or Chapel ceremony to a large outdoor wedding and reception.
• You can use your own officiant, or we can provide one so your vows and ceremony reflect your wishes.

• Wedding coordinators are available to help you make decisions about your ceremony and vows, flowers, music, photography, reception food, drink, music, and cake. Their job is to make your wedding stress free.
• Our dedicated staff will respond to your guest's needs throughout their stay.

This package allows you the most flexibility in scheduling your Wedding Day. Ceremony may be scheduled for any time of day and facilities may be used for up to 10 consecutive hours, ending no later than 10 p.m.

• 15% discount on wedding cake when using an approved Hermann Hill vendor. This includes cutting, plating and serving your wedding cake.
• One night's lodging for the newlyweds (when available)

Morning events usually conclude with a breakfast, brunch or mid-day meal. Bar options may include Mimosas, Bloody Marys and non-alcoholic beverages.

A spontaneous, intimate wine country ceremony for just the bride and groom.

• Choice of ceremony location. Gazebo and suite balcony/patio are free; Chapel may be used for additional $100.

• Bride's bouquet and groom's boutonniere
• Small wedding cake
• $40 gift certificate to local restaurant
• One-night lodging for honeymoon (when available)

A beautiful small wedding for up to 30 guests. Up to 15 additional guests may be included for $10 per person. Guest count cannot exceed 45 guests.

• Use of the Chapel or Gazebo for Wedding Ceremony for one hour. You can schedule your ceremony any time from 8 a.m. -10 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, you can schedule your ceremony any time from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Use of River Room for reception for one-hour
• Round tables with white tablecloths, white chair coverings, white organza chair bows (other colors of chair bows available at additional cost), dinnerware and flatware for reception.
• Wedding cake, coffee, iced tea and water
• Officiant for ceremony
• Bride's bouquet of fresh flowers
