Introduction

Situated just south of Washington, Missouri, Heritage Valley Bed 'n Breakfast and Tree Farm invites you to depart from the everyday and experience its simple country setting. In addition to a thriving choose and cut Christmas tree operation, the farm also boasts a historic log cabin farmhouse available to guests as a peaceful getaway.

Situated on its original site, the 150-year-old log cabin farmhouse rests on a working Christmas tree farm. Amid fields of trees and rolling hills, enjoy your stay without sharing space with other guests. You have exclusive use of the entire house for a quiet retreat, a romantic getaway or place to celebrate a special occasion.

The living room is spacious with a beautiful brick fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and adequate prep space. The dining room features a large trestle table with ample seating for eight. The Sunny Pumpkin Loft Room features a beautiful iron queen-size bed and a full-size antique walnut bed. This room can sleep up to 4 people. The Americana Loft Bedroom also has an iron queen-size bed and an iron single bed. This room can sleep up to 3 people. Our bath facilities include a shower and porcelain claw-foot tub.

Rates and Policies
  • $155 per night for 1 - 2 guests.
  • Plus $20 per night for each additional guest age 8 years or older.
  • Maximum occupancy of site is 7 persons.
  • A 50% deposit of the total amount due for stay is required.
  • Taxes and gratuities are additional.
  • All weekends (Friday and Saturday) require a minimum two-night stay.
  • If cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee, or fully exchanged as a gift certificate to be used at a future date.
  • Check-In: 4 - 7 p.m.; Check-Out: 11 a.m.
  • Breakfast food is in the refrigerator for guests to prepare at their convenience.
  • Bottled water, tea and coffee are provided.
  • No Pets. No Smoking.
