The Inn at Harbour Ridge

Just in case you see a bottle floating out of your suitcase, I've got the wine openers and goblets stashed away - no worries, 20" flat screen Cable TV with DVD player, cd player and wi-fi enabled if you really must stay connected to the outside world! We also have a neat bistro table and chairs so in the summer you may choose to have breakfast outside your guestroom. (Small additional charge for delivered breakfast.) Two night weekend stay is requested April through December weekends.

Just in case you need it, there's Cable TV with a DVD player and, of course, a CD player with some romantic tapes, too! Enjoy a good book under the big market umbrella on your patio or in the gazebo. Jump in the Lake from our Harbour Ridge dock or lounge at nearby Cedar Glenn pool. Proposals, honeymoons, anniversaries, babymoons . . . shouldn't your happily ever after begin here? Staycationers always welcome at Bed and Breakfast Inns of Missouri inspected and approved inn!

Wanna go jump in the Lake? Fine, just drive down to the Harbour Ridge boat dock with swim platform and chaise loungers! If you prefer a poolside setting, we'll give you a day pass to nearby Cedar Glenn pool.

Our parlor stall has a queen size sleeper sofa and separate tv/vcr. As mentioned earlier there's a bath with shower on the main entry level. Kids are welcome in the Big Red Barn (AND Mom and Dad's master suite upstairs has a door on it!) $20 extra per person per day. Jump in the Lake from our Harbour Ridge dock or enjoy a swim at nearby Cedar Glenn pool.

• ARRIVAL: 4 to 6 p.m. or by prior arrangement.
• DEPARTURE: by 11 a.m, please.
• The Inn at Harbour Ridge maintains a non-smoking environment. Smoking is acceptable only outside on porches and decks. A $250 fee will be charged if any signs of smoking are found in the guestroom.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Because we're a small inn, we ask that you understand our need for ample notice of cancellation. There is a $25 processing fee for any cancellation or shortened stay. You will be held responsible for cancellations made ten days or less before your reservation, unless we're able to rebook the guestroom. Should your stay at the Inn at Harbour Ridge be shortened for any reason, you are responsible for the remainder of your reservation with us. i.e. early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay. If cancellation is due to illness, documented by a medical doctor, a gift certificate for the full amount of your reservation, good for a six month period, will be issued.
• In order to provide a quiet, peaceful atmosphere for our guests, we are very limited on accommodating children and pets.
• Pet policy: "Pooch" must come with his travel crate and may not be left alone in the guest room. Pooch must be leashed at all times when in common areas of the B & B. A $50 deposit is required. Pooch visits the B & B for $10 a night.
• RESERVATIONS: are necessary. A credit card or one night deposit is required to hold the reservation.
• Two night reservations are requested for weekends and holidays. We'll be happy to check and see if a one night weekend slot is available due to the way our other reservations have fallen...just give us a call.
• RATES: are for double occupancy and subject to Missouri sales tax. Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and cash are accepted.
