Non-Victorian amenities like DSL connectivity are available to all guests. Relax in the multi-level garden replete with koi pond and a hot tub. We are just blocks from a scenic byway and the Kansas City Museum. 		Gladstone Manor - Kansas City, Missouri

The house has been fully restored with updated wiring, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. Guests might enjoy sitting in the swing on the wrap-around front porch while enjoying the soft sounds of the neighborhood.

Breakfast Morning will greet you in the dining room with its leaded windows and original oak plate rail surrounding the room. A deep sculptured plaster crown sets off the 10-foot ceiling, and a 6-foot wide solid oak pocket door leads to the front hall.

Imagine a breakfast of fresh fruits, home-baked specialties with biscuits, muffins or coffee cake together with the host's own recipe for quiche or an early morning soufflé.

Guest Rooms/Rates/Policies
Billiards Suite Includes a spacious room with a sunset view of the downtown skyline, private bath, billiard/entertainment room with cable TV, VCR, PC (DSL) hookup, mini-frig and microwave. $125
Lord Room Offers a queen-size bed and family heirloom furniture. The guests in this room may share a 1912 full bath. Cable TV, VCR and PC hookup will be available in a common living area. $85
Maid's Room This room also has a queen bed and a shared bath. The indoor garden sunroom comes with this room and guests may wish to have their morning coffee here. $85
  • A deposit of one night is required with reservation.
  • MC & Visa accepted.
  • Full refund if cancelled prior to 48 hours of date for reservation.
  • Check-in time between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
