Our Guest Rooms

We offer eight, large, smoke-free guest rooms in the mansion, elegantly appointed with Victorian antiques. All of our rooms have a private bath. Each room has a hypo-allergenic featherbed. Charming amenities include custom made bath soaps of bayberry and unscented oatmeal. The 40 acre estate also features 3 cottages. Our Dowager House, and two cottages. Rooms book up very far in advance during peak season. Reservations can be made as soon, or as far in advance as you would like. You also can book online, call, or send us an e-mail.

Rates & Policies

Rates do not including taxes or gratuities.
Rates depend on room choice, date, and number of guests.
Rates are subject to change, and not necessarily with notice to you.
Prices can be quoted at time of confirmed reservation.
We do require a two-night minimum on weekends and most holidays.
We charge your credit for your entire stay at the time the reservation is made, (rare exceptions made).
There is a $35 administration fee per room for any cancellation or changes.
Cancellations within 15 days of the reservation date will receive a gift certificate valued at one half (50%) of the total reservation - minus the administration fee - for use within a year of the reservation.
If we are able to rebook your room to another guest, we will provide a refund, less the US$ 35 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 36 hours of the reservation check-in time will receive no refund.
