| Rates are based on how many beds are in use, and whether breakfast is included. Elves Manor consists of two stories and approximately 1,200 square feet of living space. The house sleeps up to six, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a second-floor sitting room with a truly comfortable queen sleeper sofa bed. The house is reserved for only one guest, or set of guests, at a time. The fully-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare complete meals. A hearty and abundant organic vegetarian breakfast will be provided if desired. Always included is locally roasted coffee, a wide selection of teas, and organic 'Not-Gooey Butter Cake.' House amenities include a fireplace, washer/dryer, Internet access, copier/fax/printer, hot tub, two-car garage and guest bicycles (must sign waiver to use). |
