  • Visit Bull Creek - one of the many clear spring-fed streams in the Ozarks that are ideal for stream-snorkeling.
  • Hike along trails in the beautiful Mark Twain National Forest.
  • View wildlife and watch the return of the Hummingbirds.
  • Enjoy rodeo and bull riding events, crafts festivals, or a parade at Christmas.

Hot Tub Start your day in the Ozarks with a "full country breakfast", then visit Branson's many attractions or plan to visit Springfield and its major Civil War Battlefield, or the famous Bass Pro Shops. The city of Ozark also delights shoppers with its many antique stores and flea markets.

Pretend you're the "Shepherd of the Hills" while staying in our rustic cedar home crafted by the local Amish builders. Dear's Rest is decorated with antiques, a collection of old toys, and "Jewel-T" dishes. Murals and sponge painted walls compliment the "yesteryear" feel of the home.
