• You may order gift certificates for a "stay" or by dollar amount. Just call (800)368-4944.
• Deposit: $100 advance deposit required, either cash, check or credit card. Balance prepaid or guaranteed with credit card. All deposits applied to last day of stay.
• Cancel with $25 service charge up to 15 days in advance (21 days for special packages).
• Late cancellations will be charged full amount of reservation unless the room is rebooked.
• Regarding our cancellation policy: Since we're only innkeepers, we do not have control over: floods, icy roads, hurricanes, babysitters, ill relatives, tornados, rain, avalanches or flu. All cancellations, for any reason, are subject to our 15 day policy.
• We accept cash, checks, traveler's checks, VISA, and MasterCard for deposits and room payments.
• Check-in time as arranged after 4 p.m.
• Check-out time 12 Noon.
• Sorry, no pets, no children; the cottage is for two adults only.
• Smoking is limited to the front porch (no inside smoking and no smoking in the meadow or woods). Also, don't bring candles or incense.
• While the cottage does not have support rails & ramps for wheelchair accessibility, all doors are 36" wide and the shower has a low lip. The entry does have steps.
