This lovely 1892 restored Victorian boasts original stained glass and woodwork, working pocket doors and warm comfortable guest rooms all with private baths. Guests enjoy mingling in three different common areas including the parlor, living room and Victorian red dining room. Outdoor sitting areas include the large patio overlooking a rose garden and the front porch that is complete with rockers, glider and a delightful breeze from the fan above.

The Bellevue Bed & Breakfast is conveniently located in downtown Cape Girardeau, and is within walking distance to historic sites, fine restaurants and cultural events. Walk a block from the Bellevue and "Ole Man River" can be seen around the corner. You can stand next to the river and watch as barges, tugboats and the Mississippi and Delta Queens sail to their destinations. The Mississippi and Delta Queens also dock at Cape allowing visitors to inspect the old paddle wheels closely.
