Whiteley Creek Homestead cottages and Inn guest rooms, each with a private bath, combine antiques with folk art and a well-worn rusting decor. Ingenious details along with found objects used in uncommon applications provide a whimsical twist - a water pump and washbasin converted into a working sink, a chick warming lamp hung on the wall to illuminate a sink, twig headboards, and a bed frame transformed into a bench. Quilt covered beds are piled high with buckwheat and billowy feather pillows.
