The only guest room located on the first floor, Arvilla's Room is perfect for anyone who needs special accommodations. A reproduction Civil War era brass bed ensures your comfort and a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the fireplace without the hassle - our gas fireplaces turn on and off with the flip of a switch. Arvilla's Room offers you the choice of a shower or luxurious bath. Soothe your tired mind and body in the claw foot slipper tub.

Get lost in a favorite book as you lounge in the intricately carved loveseat upholstered in burgundy velvet. If you didn't bring a book, you are free to borrow one from our library. Nearly six feet long, this tub is big enough for you to enjoy with that special someone.

• Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival will be charged the full room rate for one night.
• If the room is resold, we will issue a gift certificate for the full room charge.
• Check In: 4 to 6 p.m. If you plan to arrive later than 6 p.m., please notify the innkeeper so special arrangements can be made.
• Check Out: 11 a.m.
• For the safety and comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted in the Tefft House.
• We regret we cannot accommodate pets. We can assist you in making arrangements for your pet to stay at a local kennel.
