The Sweet Heat Room is lavishly trimmed in all that is feminine, lace and romantic; a true Victorian experience. Perfect for creating an evening of significance. Beautifully decorated in whites, pinks, and golds, this light-filled room will warm and delight your senses! Languish in the claw foot tub or sit next to the free standing stove while you share memories, laughter, and each other. Thurs - Sat (and holidays) $135 + tax per night; Sun - Wed: $105 + tax per night.

This is the larges of the three rooms. The White Dove Room offers a king-sized bed and fireplace to add to your comfort and romance! Enjoy a beautifully decorated bathroom featuring a double whirlpool to soothe your troubles away! Enjoy coffee or treats at the table nestled in the bay window. This room has space for more than two guests if you desire, and at a very reasonable additional fee. Thurs - Sat (and holidays): $185 + tax per night; Sun - Wed: $155 +tax per night.

Snuggle up to the free standing stove while you enjoy coffee or tea. The Cupid Room has its own private bath with a brand new whirlpool. An antique full-sized four poster room welcomes you richly with blues, golds, and cream colors. A cozy setting for two people to get reqcquainted in private luxury! Thurs - Sat (and holidays): $165 + tax per night; Sun - Wed: $135 + tax per night.

• The T.C. Davis Manor Bed and Breakfast's check-in is between 4 and 6 P.M. CST. Early or Late check-ins must be pre-arranged with the Innkeeper prior to the scheduled check-in.
• A 3-course breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. every morning, other breakfast arrangements must be made through the Innkeeper prior to check-in.
• The T.C. Davis Manor Bed and Breakfast is a smoke free facility, smoking is only allowed outside of the Inn.
• No candles or open flames are allowed in the rooms.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a reservation, you need to give a 10-day notice in order to receive your half down deposit back. If you cancel within 24-48 hours of your scheduled reservation date you will be charged for the entire room rate. Any cancellation penalties are under the discretion of the Innkeepers.
• The Manor's guests use the Manor for an escape from their fast paced daily lives; disruption of this peaceful environment will not be tolerated and could mean immediate eviction without room reimbursement. The Manor's doors lock at 10 P.M. CST, a main door key will be furnished at room check-in for guests who plan to stay out later then 10 P.M. CST.
• Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the rooms for guest that are 21 years and older. Alcohol or substance abuse intoxication will not be tolerated and could result in immediate eviction, under the discretion of the Innkeeper.
• Any defacing, breakage or staining of the Manor¿s décor will result in additional replacement charges to the room rental bill. This is under the discretion of the Innkeeper.
