This lovely suite includes a spacious living room filled with natural light from the numerous windows. The wonderful fireplace has rare tiles which were documented in a recently published book about antique art tiles. The bedroom features a queen-size antique tiger mahogany sleigh bed. The separate bath has a whirlpool tub and shower. The charming kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker with a selection of teas and our Olcott Blend organic coffee. The grand Lake Superior Suite features an incredible hand-carved canopy queen-size high bed and an intimate sitting area in front of the fireplace. French doors open to the three-season porch that leads to your own private outside deck where you can sit and take in the view of the Duluth harbor and world famous Aerial Lift Bridge. Architectural details include a bay window, french doors, Bradbury and Bradbury wall coverings, fine antiques, and a wonderfully inscribed mantel. The suite features fine antiques, paintings and original prints and has many large windows overlooking our grand neighborhood mansions. This is a favorite throughout the year!

• Deposits and Cancellations:
  • A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
  • Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks.
  • A $25 cancellation fee will be taken on all cancellations made fourteen days or more prior to arrival and can be applied to any future reservation.
  • Should you cancel fourteen days or less before arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the stay unless we are able to resell your suite.
  • If we are able to resell your suite there will be a $25 processing fee. Rates are subject to change.
