It is with great intention that we use the word "beyond" in the title and content of the Minnesota Bed and Breakfast Association's second cookbook, Minnesota Mornings and Beyond. We meant it to be more than breakfast recipes initially. You'll often experience afternoon snacks, a full cookie jar, and sometimes tea or evening appetizers for special holidays. Within some regions of our state, innkeepers work together promoting their area and offer tours of their inns with special treats during the holidays or to raise funds for a local cause. Many of the MBBA inns even offer lunch and or dinner. There is nothing that the Minnesota B & B Association members would like more than for you to come and enjoy their fine food and think "beyond"!
