Walnut/Cinnamon Waffles

In bowl of food processor grind the following until the walnuts are finely ground.
1/2 cup walnuts
1-1/3 cup flour
2 Tblsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp (or to taste) cinnamon 		Remove to a bowl and add:

1/4 cup melted butter
2 large eggs lightly beaten
1-1/2 cups very fresh club soda

Blend only until dry ingredients are moistened--batter will be lumpy.

Bake in oiled waffle iron using 1/2 cup batter per waffle. Serve with PURE maple syrup.
