  • Check-in is 4 PM; Check-out is 12 Noon.
  • Full payment must be received at reservation time.
  • Our cancellation policy requires an 8-day notice prior to the arrival date.
  • If two or more rooms are booked, a 14-day notification is required.
  • If the date is changed or cancellation is made, even during the allowable period, $45 per night/per room will not be refunded.
  • A booking engine cancellation fee of 5% of the total balance will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Smoking is limited to open porches only.
  • Pets cannot be accommodated here, but excellent kennels are nearby.
