We are easy to find by just driving South of Interstate 94 on State Highway 29 out of Alexandria. This puts you in one of the prettiest areas of West Central Minnesota, Starbuck. We are offering features few Horse hotels and B&B's can boast! We specialize in serving a European Sideboard Breakfast. This feast is a version of the Scandinavian Smorgasbord enhanced with foods more familiar to the Germans, Italians and French farther South in Europe. Snacks of fruit or cookies, fruitades, coffee and tea (hot or iced) are available in the dining room daily. |

Bed linens are the European Style Personal Duvet Bedding where each person has an individual comforter rather than a shared blanket. A concrete ramp provides access to the bedroom and half bath reserved for the mobility impaired. Rooms have a Queen bed, two nightstands, a closet with shelves or an armoire. Three bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with a shower and a spacious parlor. The upstairs parlor provides comfortable sitting for watching the satellite TV, your DVDs, or reading. There is WIFI internet available at the computer desk. A printer is available if needed. A Living room downstairs also offers comfortable seating for TV, DVD player and reading. Downstairs is a bedroom with private half bath reserved for the mobility impaired. An ADA equipped shower is available. The concrete ramp makes access to the house easy. Throughout the Inn mini-libraries arranged by genre or topic are available for the enjoyment of guests. |
| An outdoor, mosquito netted pavilion provides a Bar-B-Q and wood fired pizza/bread oven so guests can prepare their own meals if they wish. Horse safe fencing, stalls and an outdoor driving-size arena are designed for security, safety and enjoyment. Our aim is to be the premier stop-over for those traveling with horses, a beautiful end-destination for equestrians, outdoor lovers of all kinds and an entertaining and enjoyable place for anyone who is mobility impaired. The large 100 yard X 50 yard field is divided into three zones. The back portion contains a three bay building providing two stalls that can house two horses each. Each stall has a 32 X 16 pipe corral attached. Between these two stalls is dry access to the feed, shavings and a tack room. The center portion of the field has been safety fenced for a 50 yard X 50 yard open turn-out pasture. Let your lovelies enjoy the sunlight, breezes and a chance to stretch out after a long ride or riding. The front portion of the field nearest the road contains the sand bottom working arena. This arena is 150 feet X 200 feet to accommodate driving rigs. We have the space for many of your horse activities. Verification of Current Vaccinations/Coggins is required at check in for the protection of all of our horse guests. |
