Cooking Class and Dinner Party
Here's your chance to watch and learn from Chef Bradley Anderson. Spend Saturday afternoon learning and watching cooking demonstrations. After that "hang out" in the kitchen while Chef Bradley prepares our dinner. Then gather at the Firelight Inn dining room to enjoy a scrumptious four-course dinner along with a great selection of wine. Get a group of 10 people (five suites) together and contact us. We will schedule the Chef and plan the weekend for you. The weekend for two adults includes two nights lodging, Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast, Saturday afternoon cooking class, handouts and recipes, four-course dinner for two with wine and a Firelight gift basket. The cost for the weekend November through May is $600 including tax for our queen size suites and $650 including tax for our king size suites. The cost for the weekend June through October is $700 including tax for our queen size suites and $750 including tax for our king size suites. This cooking weekend will be a great time and a chance to socialize and meet other people staying at The Firelight Inn. If you have interested friends or family members, maybe this would be a good time to spend a weekend together. Gift certificates may not be redeemed on cooking class weekends.

Winter Getaway
Stay at The Firelight Inn on Oregon Creek for your winter getaway for four or more nights and receive 10% off your stay. Each suite features king or queen size featherbed, Jacuzzi whirlpool for two, TV/VCR/DVD, CD and audio system, European towel warmers, magnifying mirrors, hair dryers, over sized luxurious bathrobes and first-class amenities. Our specialty is delivering your full breakfast to your romantic suite to be enjoyed by the fireplace with complete privacy. Let the warmth of the firelight surround you!

Fire Up Your Relationship Weekend
"Fire Up Your Relationship" Weekend March 20-21 or April 3-4, 2009. Your weekend on Friday night begins with special touches in your suite upon arrival. Relax as you enjoy a bottle of wine over candlelight. A beautiful vase of flowers adorns your suite. Soft music is playing--a CD that is yours to take home. Enjoy extra time with just you and your beloved reading from a "Book of Love". Your senses are awakened as you talk and jot down your thoughts in your personal journal that we provide. Then as the time seems to stand still, you experience the whirlpool and you both know you have escaped the humdrums of life. Handmade Silk Petal Soaps surround your tub and entice you to say "I love you" to one another. The perfect end to the first day! After you have lingered over the gourmet breakfast delivered to your suite on Saturday morning, a thirty-minute relaxation massage for each of you in our Woodland Massage Suite relaxes the stress away completely. The rest of the day is yours to spend exploring Duluth, Minnesota, dining out, shopping, or just doing nothing at all! After another great night's sleep and another delicious breakfast, it's time to treasure the memories you have made during the time you took for just the two of you. All of the above for our "Fire Up Your Relationship" is included in our regular weekend rate on the weekends of March 20-21 or April 3-4, 2009 only. Be sure to mention the "Fire Up" weekend when making your reservations either by telephone or online. We're sorry but we will not be redeeming gift certificates on these two weekends, but the "Fire Up" weekend may be purchased in advance for some else and given as a gift.

Massage Therapy
A Certified Massage Therapist is available by appointment to do on-site relaxation massage therapy, hot stone massage therapy, seaweed wrap or couples massage in our Woodland Suite. Call for details and schedule your massage at The Firelight Inn. We'll give you $10 off your massage when you mention the bbonline special! Just a walk down the hall in your Firelight Inn bathrobe for a relaxation massage and then return to your room for rest and/or a Jacuzzi whirlpool.
