Reservations must be guaranteed with Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the guest is responsible for the full reservation. If the entire reservation is re-rented to another guest, there is only a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival then only a $25 cancellation fee applies. We will make every effort to re-rent your room(s) or cottage(s). No shows are charged for the entire reservation.
