2003 Inn & Cottage Rate Schedule & Policies Rates: $75 to $200 for rooms in the Inn; $110 to $240 for the Cottages (Seasonal Range) Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cottages and reservations made within our 7-day cancellation period require a deposit of 50% or the first night’s stay, whichever is greater. Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 processing fee, when made greater than 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival. When cancellations are made within 7 days of scheduled arrival, there is a cancellation charge of 50% of the total stay or the first night’s stay, whichever is greater. Rates: All rates vary with the season. Taxes are extra (8%). All rates are subject to change. Inn Guest room rates are based on double occupancy ($35.00/extra person) and include a sumptuous gourmet breakfast; (2 night minimum on most weekends); 3 or 4 night minimum on Holiday weekends) Cottage rates are based on up to 4-person occupancy ($25.00/extra person) breakfast not included (2 night minimum from September - June; 3-night minimum for July & August; 3 or 4 night minimum for Holiday weekends) Discounts: Weekly, Corporate, Mid-week Winter, Off-Season Group Check in time: As scheduled when reservation is made. Check out time: 11 a.m. No smoking at the Inn or Cottages or on the pool patio; smoking allowed on outside grounds. Sorry, no animals are allowed anywhere on the property, but local kennels are available.
